“Galician bread” workshop
Unlike many other places in Galicia bread is baked in industrial bakeries but also in stone ovens located in small town houses where it’s cooked in the traditional way and with the authentic and original flavour of bread. Learn all the steps from harvest, pick up, grind the wheat to take the wood and heat the oven. A whole world of wisdom passed from parents to children preserving the good traditional making of kneading and cooking times. During this workshop you’ll visit a river mill and you’ll learn the process of making bread in a stone oven.
