“Empanada Galega” (Galician pie) workshop
The “empanada galega” can be traced back to 12th century as carved figures appear on the Portico de la Gloria of the Cathedral of Santiago de Compostela. Nowadays it’s still cooked with typical products from Galician land and sea, such various food products allows us to bake multiple combinations with a Galician flavour. In this workshop you’ll learn how to make empanada and all the fundamental information about the amazing fillings and possible combinations to bake it at home.
